Hey everyone, what are your thoughts on what school out of these three, is the best to go to for a master's in health administration from the public health division of these three institutions?

michigan = ranked #1 for health services admin, #5 for public health
hopkins = ranked #11 for health sevices admin, #1 for public health
cornell = ranked #29 for health services admin, not listed

michigan = college friendly campus
hopkins = rough city/area, INTERNATIONALLY RENOWN name for health &
cornell = college friendly campus/ IVY LEAGUE SCHOOL

any thoughts/experiences would be greatly appreciated, thanks and goodluck to all!​
