U Penn and Duke are reaches with your MCAT. You could add a few more MD schools such as:
NEOMED
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
New York Medical College
Quinnipiac
Rochester
St. Louis
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Tulane
Your best chances for MD schools are your Ohio schools.
