Note to all of you third-years: Copy this list and file it away until it's time to begin investigating residencies next year. Just because a program didn't fill doesn't mean that it's a bad program, but you should at least try and find out why it didn't fill during the interview season. Most program directors are very up front about not filling the previous year and willing to discuss why, but some aren't. Just .02 worth of advice from someone in the most painful 46 hours of his life.
