University based IM programs

What are the LEAST competitive University Based IM programs in the US? I am an IMG so I know it is hard to get the competitive spots. THanks for anyones help.

SUNY Downstate is university based, and takes lots of img's

May get flamed for this but DO NOT sell yourself short. There are plenty of excellent university programs with some if not many IMGs, FMGs.
UIowa, for example. You can get any fellowship from here.

OK, I'm not going to repeat the whole spechiel on how my views have changed on the whole IMG FMG thang, please see other messages for that. Some IMG/FMG friendly (relatively) programs of interest: Baystate Medical Center (Tufts U-Western Campus), U Conn, Louisville, Penn State, U Mass, Einstein-Jacobi, NJMS, Nevada-Las Vegas, Nevada-Reno, SUNY-Downstate, many, many NYC programs (except for the big shots like NYP-Cornell, Columbia, etc.).
