what is the out of state acceptance rate for medical college of university of arizona at tucson, and if it is low, does that affect chances for a transfer in after the 2nd year of med school from an east coast medical school? Also, does one have to be especially competitive in any way to transfer or do they only have to have a very good set of reasons for the transfer and be supported by their dean with their decision?

i'm at UA right now. the COM only takes instate residents....with the exception of a few WICHE students from states like wyoming and montana that don't have med schools.
