Can anybody tell me how good/bad is the Nuclear medicine residency program in University of arkansas for medical sciences, Little Rock? Is it tooo competitive?

It is not competitive. They do a lot of PET/CT imaging, primarily Myeloma.

The program is in a state of flux right now (for better or worse) and they are undergoing a major reshuffle of their faculty.

Really? I wasn't aware of that! I heard its a pretty good university with lots of research opportunities.
Besides that any idea how is the place Little rock? I heard its not very safe to stay there.
