University of Indianapolis' PsyD program vs. Spalding University's psyd program?

I never heard of this program, so I briefly checked the website. There is a statement about being ranked in the “top 50 PsyD programs.” What a bizarre flex. That’s like an only child claiming they’re valedictorian of their homeschool class.
