Hey everybody,

Anyone else already interviewed at Iowa and now awaiting a decision on their application? I heard that the adcom meets once this month, 2x in November, and every week in January. Other than that, I don't have much info. Thought this would be a nice place for those of us in the same boat to post tidbits of information, etc. Let the waiting begin!
Cheers,
KJ

As a matter of fact I'm getting geared up for my interview there tomorrow morning. So after tomorrow I will be in the same boat as you. I really hope I get accepted at one of the November adcom meetings. That would make my year.

Are you from out of state or in state? (And, just out of curiostiy, where do (did) you go to undergrad?)

I interviewed at UIowa on 10/18. I'm an out-of-state from California. Undegrad is UCI. The school is on rolling admissions, but the impression I got is, for the most part, most of the acceptances come in March. However, I'm going to withdraw my application since I've already been accepted to one of my state schools.

Emailed admissions today, and they said that they sent out a small group of acceptances last week. Still no decision on my app, however.

I received an acceptance today (snail mail). Letter is dated as 11/2. I didn't get around to withdrawing.
