My best friend is interviewing at Univ Michigan's Radiology program and he's NOT gonna ask a question that's on his mind, he thinks it'll blow his chances of matching there (afraid it'll make him appear to be focuses on the financial aspect)... maybe somebody can answer it here for him instead...

-Does Univ Mich Rads allow moonlighing in residency? If so, during what year?

-Is moonlighting allowed internally (at the Hospital) or externally (other healthcare facilities)?
