Just wondering if anybody knows, or knows were to find out, what percent of out of state applicants are accepted into this program? I'm considering applying to UM at KC but dont want to waste my time if only 4 out of 500 are accepted out of state.
Thanks

This is from the UMKC website:

"Missouri residents are given priority, and the school has agreements for special consideration residents from Kansas, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Hawaii."

I would not count on getting in there if I'm not a resident of Missourah or those states.. :p

Say, if you are a resident of Colorado, you definitely should apply to the Univ. of Colorado School of Dentistry. You definitely got an advantage there if that's the case.

HTH!

munbue,

i am from CA and applied to UMKC. they sent me a letter saying that since they give priority to MI and other states around it, i would have a slight chance for acceptance.

Thanks for your help
