I didn't have this question last cycle, but even if I did, I wouldn't have had anything to put here at the time of my application and was still accepted.
That being said, I think things like publications, presentations, scholarships, awards, and honors lists would go here. Hope that helps!

I would put awards like scholarships. Volunteering and shadowing are not achievements.

I would think they are looking for published papers, intern awards, and things that can separate noo traditional students. I would imagine they get a lot of people that go into software engineering, hate sitting in a cube 70 hours a week, and decide to become doctors. I would just put n/a if you don't have any.
