Overall I would say that our basic science is up to par. All of our faculty are experienced and know exactly what we need to be prepared for our boards. As far as our gross anatomy goes the faculty didn't want to do cadavers but explore alternate ways of learning (digital resources). Basically I think it is just the same as anywhere else, you get out what you put in.
