I would appreciate any information that any UNMC students could provide for me about your 3rd and 4th year rotations. How are they organized? Do they gear it towards your interests? How much elective time do you get? Are all of your rotations done in Omaha (at UNMC) or do they require you to go to satellite hospitals such as those in Lincoln? Any info is appreciated!

Third year is required rotations related to primary care--FP, PEDS, IM--and a few unrelated to primary care--General Surgery, etc. You choose electives during the fourth year. You also get to choose when to take them and when you want to take a four week vacation.
