Those Step scores are not a killer even without all the other gold stars you have... not to mention the background and experience you will have once you actually apply to EM. If you can couple that background with a good work ethic and likable personality then you are are a shoe in...

I'd say you have great chances. Experience, mph, good personality, all weigh in.
The Gold Humanism Honor Society is a big deal to some PDs, mine (Mayo) included. You should get some mileage from that as well as the MPH.
