UOP Off-campus housing

Anyone planning on attending UOP and live in off campus housing? I need some advice. I dont think I want to live in the dorms. Its way too close to campus. I need to be able to have a little space. I am not too familar with the area. I want to rent something near school. Any one looking for roomates?

I'm looking for a roommate! I'm a little worried about founding one since I'll be out of the country from end of May to mid August. I guess I'll see how it goes.
