UOP (Pacific) alternate list interview

Hey guys,

A friend of mine is applying to Pacific and recently got a call from UOP for an interview, but only for the alternate list.

Is it worth it for him to fly out to the Bay Area for the "alternate list" interview?

If anybody here is familiar with the alternate list statistics, how many people from the alternate list does UOP select each year?
