Update a current experience but don't know the end day

Hi, guys. I recently have a shadowing experience and obtain a letter of recommendation letter from my dentist.

Even though I receive the letter and I have worked for about 100 hours, I would like to continue doing some volunteering at the dental clinic.

The thing is that I have not listed this experience, yet. When I do, should I list it now with an unknown end date or wait until I finish my volunteering, however, I am not sure when I will end it.
