It's actually probably a bit higher than 32%. Not everyone who is accepted chooses to attend, so they have to send out more than 117 invites.

Makes sense. I would probably say it's closer to 40

if this year isn't different than last year, then you have a pretty good shot of getting an acceptance if you get in. I'd imagine a good portion of people getting accepted to Penn would accept it. But then again, people typically apply to 5+ schools, and if you're getting into Penn, then you might also be getting into other Ivies or your state school. My guess is they accept the majority of people they interview, so good luck if you got an interview.
