Hey everyone!

I am sending in an update letter about a publication (I know it's early in the cycle for updates, but this school asked for it now). On the application portal, I can upload multiple update documents. Should I just submit the letter with a citation, PMID, etc., or should I also submit the actual manuscript that is getting published? I realize they probably won't actually read the manuscript, but not sure if it looks bad to not upload it.

Tl/dr: Does uploading the manuscript/article itself matter at all or am I ok with just the citation info. in my letter?

Thanks for any insight!! 🙂

The publication name and PMID is enough!

Agreeing with above, but I am curious if you have a limit on the number of uploads into your application portal. The point: don't burn all your upload slots too early. If this school's library has an extensive institutional subscription, anyone there who wants your publication can download it.
