That's weird. I've never heard of an interviewee asking, "Do you have any more questions?" to their interviewer. If I were interviewing you, I would have been totally put off by this question. It makes it seem like you want to leave the interview because you have some place better to be.
Panacea, do you really think that you were treated equally in the admissions process being that you are an international applicant? I wouldn't be so sure of that if I were you, especially since Upstate is not a private school.
As for calling or not, do whatever floats your boat, but don't expect to get too much out of the call. Oh, and I don't think they care about you showing continued interest by calling. The waitlist is ranked. Chances are you won't even have to give your name when you call because they won't tell you where you are on the list anyway.
I remember being in this situation last year. I called once in late June, and realized afterwards that the call was a big waste of time.
Yes, please post that report as an attachment. I remember seeing, "May, 2003" at the top of the report. Are you certain that the report was submitted on May 20??
