Is it better to show vast improvement in gpa throughout undergraduate years or to have a solid number throughout your undergrad? I had a bad freshman year, and it is holding me back in receiving interviews. I showed great improvement from year to year but my overall number is still on the low side (3.22 overall) I did take grad level biology courses (Histology, physiology, neurobiology, and biochemistry) and received all A's so I would think that would be more important than what I did my freshman year. I would hate to retake intro to biology courses to improve my gpa, when my transcripts show that I know my biology. Any input would be appreciated.
