Does anyone know of any textbooks or resources for Urgent care?

Like a source of procedures or common diagnoses?

add this book to your list, it discusses when to splint, cast, refer, when to refer emergently, how long to cast, splint buddy tape etc... its my urgent care curbside consult.

any idea on when to splint, when not to splint?
A lot of splinting is common sense. How soon can they see ortho? How much does it hurt? How bad is the break? How bad is the sprain? You can have a sprain and a fracture that you can't see right away. Is the person normally mobile or in a wheelchair? Will a walking boot work better over a splint if the patient works? Etc.
