1-If u r talking about Q-2 of DECEMBER 1981. Then the answer is choice 3 left latral working side movement coz the arrow is exhibiting the movement of maxillary cusps and arrow direction is medial so mandibular movement is latral.
2- U did not mention any question number. Anyway don't worry there would be no question with such pics now-a-days in exam. I have taken exam before and now retaking due to low score and there were no such q's.
