If you wouldn't choose your OOS Targets or the NJ schools over your state schools I wouldn't bother with those and would just replace them with reach schools

here is a A quick side note: since Uncle Sam no longer offers subsidies of tuition for University of Miami, they only offer priority/special treatment to their alumni/students nowadays and no longre have an in-state preference. Treat it like a "Reach."
