Hey, question, Do only mainland puerto ricans, mexicans, and african-americans qualify for URM? Are other hispanic countries disqualified?

Whatever you list with regard to race, ethnicity, Hispanic Y/N, place of birth, etc. on the AMCAS will be visible to the adcom members who have access to that information. They will make of it what they will.
