Here are my stats:
URM(African American/Woman)
3.26 gpa
33 Mcat
biology major
-lots of extracurriculars+a potential research publication
**my interest is urban medicine (public health)

• Should I apply next cycle, perhaps early June 2011 for the following year?
• What should i do to strengthen my app?
• how many schools should i apply to?

U Look competitive overall, how's ur clinical exposure? Great MCAT, gpa's a little low (is it science or cum gpa?).. what yr are u? By all means apply next cycle (except if u have good reasons not to)... maybe take some courses b/t now and summer 2011 to bump the gpa a little bit (bumping effect depends on yr in school and grades obviously..)
