US citizen- Canadian Residency-- US subspecialty/fellowship training?

Hi All!

Anyone have some info to share on the process:

US citizen/US Allo med grad---> Canadian residency---what are the options for US subspecialty training/fellowship specifically for Peds?

I know training time is different 4y vs 3 yr - but anyone have any experience/info on American board certifying in 3rd yr and subspeciality training in the US?

How does the process work? How is it overall applying with that background? Thank you all in advance!

You need candian citizenship or perminant residency to do residency in Canada.
