Complete US Residency but at this time I have not pass Step 3 report as fail 197 this is my third attempt, next attempt will be in 6 months; now, I complete my Residency but not license what should I do.

savage but accurate
It wasn't intended to be savage. Just truthful.

MD without a license is as useful as the bachelor's degree you needed before it for the most part. We can fight all we want about how F'd up that is, but that won't make it any less true.

I thought most programs require you to be licensed by the mid or end of your PGY2 year in order to continue (to avoid this exact outcome), no?

English doesn't seem to be your first language. I would advise some tutoring in that regard. You can have all the medical knowledge in the world, but you wont do well on the test if your reading comprehension is poor (which can be a challenge even for native speakers).

That is a state by state issue...but most states don’t require unrestricted licensing to be done...some states don’t even have training licenses for their residents.
I trained in Ga and wasn’t required to have step 3 done until graduation.

Take Step 3.
Home Depot is hiring in the meantime.

You have to pass this things because with 4 attempts on a single level there are states you won’t be able to get licensed in due to failures and more fails means less states

Two excellent points here:

1. Your first (and really only) job at this point should be passing Step 3. If you blow this next chance, it's probably going to be your last. So you need to spend some time figuring out what has gone wrong in the past 3 tries, and come up with a new strategy.

Did you have multiple attempts on the other Steps (are you just not a great test taker)? If so, what did you do between attempts to improve your scores. Do that again.

What was your study process for the first 3 tries? Those clearly didn't work for you, find something else. And I don't mean, "find a different QBank to study from".

sleep fellowship
2. If you need a clinical job, a non-accredited single year fellowship is a good idea. Pick an area of medicine you like and try to find one. Hepatology, blood banking, obesity medicine, admin, IT, hospitalist. There are plenty out there which will give you a good salary (not attending good, but better than Home Depot) and give you good clinical experience and CV fodder.
