I am a female entering USC phamracy school this fall. I am looking for both roommates and a place to stay. I would appreciate any feedback!

I am currently looking for someone who wants to take over my current place. The apartment is fully furnished and only 5min walk to USC, Smart and Finals/ Boba/Togo's.
3BR/ 2full bath/ Living room/ Kitchen/ Laundry/ Parking.
$2250 for 3 ppl and $2400 for 4 ppl.
