Usc Md/mba

Does anyone know how this works? The MD/MBA program at USC.

I just applied regular MD, is it still possible to apply for the MBA program? The USC website says you apply in second year, but I know that the other schools had an option for this on the AMCAS, did USC???
Also if you apply to the USC one is the GMAT required?
