USC secondary--research question

Did you guys describe your research in painful detail? the question asks to 'provide examples' of research. i started doing that and went like 3 times overboard with it than the miserable space allowed. i wonder if i should just briefly mention the specifics and then ramble on how beneficial research is to blah blah...any ideas?

I too had waaaay too much stuff to write for that question. I opted to pick the projects that were the most satisfying, that I'd like to be asked about later, and spent a paragraph on each. You simply can't get all of your experience in, and streamlining it probably makes sense since so much of research delves into esoterica that the Adcoms would just be sitting there staring at.
