USF interview

Hey, If you have interviewed at University of South Florida this year, was it open or closed file? I have checked out interviewfeedback.com, but the reviews conflict. Any other information/advice about USF is welcome - my interview is Monday (yay!)

Congrats on the interview! They told us (at the first interview of the season) that this was the first year they were doing complete closed file (name only!). Maybe you are either seeing feedback from last year or they actually changed it mid-cycle, which would be odd.

I greatly enjoyed my interview day.. which is actually true of all my interviews, so I'm a bit biased No but it is different, because they exceeded my expecations in many ways.

on an unrelated note, USF men's b-ball is undefeated (6-0) and UF is coming on Saturday. I hope the Gators are aware that we OWN THE DOME!!

The USF interview is closed file like the Bull said above. Also the interviews are very laid back and the office runs seamlessly now that the right people are running the show. Mr. Larkin is a very nice person as well as Dr. Ackerman. Be yourself and show them your desires to attend their school.

i got my rejection today after interviewing on March 18. i showed lots of interest in attending USF, and i had Great interviews. i don't get it. i'm calling tomorrow to see what happened. they didn't even waitlist me for a couple of weeks, they flat out rejected me.

That sucks, Caveman. I really don't know what these FL schools are looking for.

Gawd, I got the bitchslap of my life today. Rejections from both UF and USF. One was bad enough, but two on the same freaking day? Serves me right for not checking my mail for like 3 days. Oh well. Knew it was just a formality. &%^& this state!!!!
