Is it okay to use the old MCAT books for the new 2015 MCAT?

Old MCAT material I am using:
EK 1001 Biology.
EK 1001 Chemistry.
EK 1001 OChem (Biochemistry part only).
EK Verbal 101.
TPRH Science Workbook.
TPRH Verbal Workbook.
Old AAMC Self Assessments.
Old AAMC Practice Tests.

New MCAT material I am using:
Kaplan Biochemistry.
Kaplan Behavioral Sciences.
All Khan Academy Passages.
AAMC 120 Questions.
AAMC Sample Test.

I am only at the beginning of my studies this time around (retaking) and already feel like I am making more progress by focusing less on content review and more on practice passages. It takes time to sift through all the prep books out there to determine what will work best for you. I read a lot on this forum and self-assessed my weaknesses to decide on the materials I was going to use.

My only comment in regards to the verbal resources you're using is to make sure you don't waste your time on natural sciences passages, as those won't be on the CARS. Also, if you are taking passages under timed conditions, remember that the CARS section only has passages with 5, 6 or 7 questions. On the old MCAT, you'd occasionally see passages with 4, 8 or, even rarely 9 questions per passage. This isn't a huge deal, unless you're trying to get your timing down, in which case it might throw you off.
