Using older edition of Step up to Medicine

Hi,
One of the people from my med school gave away all of her books before graduating. I have this edition of Step up to Medicine:

I was just wondering if it will be sufficient for use for the Internal medicine and cardiology shelf exams, or should I also get the current edition?

I am the type that does not really enjoy reading books and the only book I like is Case Files for Shelf exams as well uworld supplement.

I also have the Step up to step 2 current edition to supplement.

I just wanted to know if this is ok or would you suggest getting a newer edition?
