Was just wondering if anybody had good or bad experiences using physician recruiting companies such as comphealth or medicorp or various others to find a job. Thanks for any help.

Going through this process myself, it is something I thought about. Are you looking at particular health systems? Most systems will have system-employed recruiters. If you're dead-set on a locale with known health networks there, I would reach out to their in-house recruiters over a recruitment firm.

Nah I'm not focused on any particular health systems or geographic area so its all kind of open at this point

Don't.

Recruiters are going to get a cut which will probably come out of either your sign on bonus or first three years salary.

If you are looking for an employed position contact hospitals directly to find out if they are looking for someone with your specialty training.
