As the title says, would it be good practice to do the old AAMC released exams? Or would this just be a waste of time since the new exam has experimental based passages?

The question packs that you can buy from AAMC are all questions from old exams. IMO, they are absolutely worth doing as long as you recognize that they are more for content review rather than representative of the passages you'll see on test day.

@hurtem&healem I have a little over a week before my exam so is it worth looking over? I have completed the questions packs. I plan to take EK4 and the AAMC Practice Exam too.

I didn't use the old practice exams at all, but the question packs are ripped from old exams so I would think they'd be equally as useful. The current scored AAMC practice exam is probably the most important for you to take right now, though. The passages definitely have a little different flavor to them.
