anyone know where to go for usmle averages by school?

The NBME sends reports to every school about their students' performance each year as compared to national averages. UVA has theirs publicly available (as was posted in a thread here not too long ago):

I would assume every school gets a report like this. I would ask your dean of students or student affairs person how you might have a look at your institution's numbers.

I believe USNWR publishes that data behind a paywall, the data is a few years old however.
 
Every school has above average scores, don't worry.

Hahaha this is NOT a joke! Literally everywhere is killing it better than everywhere else. Trust.

But really OP, there was a post a while ago in the allo forums where people just reported their scores. If you trust them, you might be able to use those numbers to ballpark.
