USMLE world coorelation w/ Step III

Hi all,

I just got my results back: passed with a 228/ 94

Here's what I did over a course of three weeks (I'm a PGY3 in IM)
-read Crush, read the Peds and OB sections twice. Only read a little of the IM section

-did 650 USMLE world questions and read all the answers (even if i got it right)

-My cumulative USMLE world score was 50.05%


Crush alone is not enough. Sorry.

I don't disagree but you said you didn't even read the whole book.

I don't think most people sign up for QBank/UW for Step 2 or 3.

Too much trouble/money.

I took Step 3 in early August and passed comfortably (by 30+ points). Still Crush Step 3 is definitely not enough. After the exam on both days I went through crush step 3 to find answers. There were very few answers in this book.

Unlike Step 1 and Step 2 there really isn't a good review book for Step 3.

Nope. I had Strong Medicine too. It is the USC Football Team of Step 3 prep. Very, very overrated. It is only good for the CCS cases.
