Get USMLE-RX Step 1 Triple Play Qmax/FirstAidVideos/FlashCards year long subscription for $199 (Normally $400). I used USMLE-Rx/Qbank/FirstAid and managed to get a 259 so I really believe in this product.
Pros - Cheap (much cheaper than DIT), high yield, constantly improving their service, flash facts are great.
Cons - Not the prettiest, some videos just read FA, questions are not USMLE style.
