USMLERx v. First Aid Cases and Q&A

I was wondering if anyone has bought USMLERx and the new First Aid books out this year (cases and then the Q&A) and if so, is the USMLERx redundant with these books or totally different questions?

I have USMLE Rx and I've read the cases book about 8 months ago. Don't remember the book at all but if you have any Q's about USMLE Rx ask away.

In my opinion USMLE Rx is a tad bit easy but the redeeming part is that it absolutely hammers First Aid 2007 into your head. It also uses little tricks of language and grammar to trap you into picking the wrong answer if you didn't read carefully enough.
