USUHS Contract

Have a question about the USUHS contract. Read it and it says that once ive benefitted from the expenditure of any funds under the contract, I will not be released from this agreement. Does this mean that I'm not bound to the contract till Officer Basic Training??? I'm asking because I'm still waiting from other schools ive interviewed at or waitlisted at and dont know if USUHS is the school I will end up going to. However, I need to send in the contract in the next few days. Any help appreciated.

Hey Jetson!
When I was talking to my sponsor at USUHS she said she waited to get off the waitlist at a Florida school til the day she left for OIS and would have taken it if possible. I'm guessing from that that the contract won't be binding until you get to officer school, but then I really don't know. When did you get your contract? It's been about 9 weeks since I got the letter to look out for it, but when I called they said they're still working on it. My friend got his 2 weeks after his unconditional. I sent you a pm by the way!
