Title basically, do USUHS students get O1E pay if they meet those requirements or is there some weird school rule?

Also, are USUHS grads eligible/required to do GMO tours or are they generally pushed straight through?

O-1E if you have 4 years and a day of enlisted service. I’m enjoying mine.

Also, are USUHS grads eligible/required to do GMO tours or are they generally pushed straight through?

Specialty, service, and even year dependent. People who want to do them certainly can, at least in the Navy.
