Hi, I am struggling to figure out the best way to take MS 1 organ systems exams at UT Southwestern. I was focusing on lectures and syllabus notes from the professors but doesn't seem to help. Appreciate advice.

Memorize their lecture powerpoints and you'll get a good grade

Your entire year is pass fail. Chill at home, stream online, follow that up with learning the slides and you'll be fine.
