Has anyone turned in their secondary for UTSW yet? I am having some trouble with this question:

"In the text box provided below, describe the setting in which you envision conducting your medical career. Also include how and why you think this setting would help fulfill your interests related to the practice of medicine."

What exactly does setting mean? What are they looking for? What would be the ideal response?

they want to know if u like primary care, academic medicine, urban, private practice, rural, etc... basically what type of place u wann work and how u would fulfill ur interest there...

Southwestern's is strong on research, academics and primary care.
