I have a spare bedroom for rent (female student only) in a beautifully renovated cottage within 5 minutes biking distance of UTMB. The room has a closet, bed, and nightstand and you would have access to bath, washer/dryer. You would share the kitchen, dining room, backyard and other common areas with myself, a grad student in GSBS at UTMB. All utilities, Wifi and cable included $650 monthly . There is a nice park(includes a dog park) at the end of my street and the grocery store and beach are also within walking distance of my house. Dog/cat okay, with $200 security deposit.
