UTMB Galveston interview questions and tips

I am going to UTMB Galveston for an interview in the near future. For those who interviewed there last year, any tips on questions and what they seemed to focus on? Also, should I watch out or prepare for certain faculty members that might be more "malignant" in their interview style? I've also looked through their website, and just wanted some opinions on specific areas they excel in specifically in the OR and research if possible. Thanks.
