I'm going to be attending UT-SA and the intro classes they offer in bio are just BIOL 1, BIOL 2, BIOL 3, and only one of these classes offer a lab with it (BIOL 1), so what do i do... Am I screwed? What should I do? I'm also thinking about transferring to the University of North Texas, because I dont know if going to a subset school University vs. going to an actual University is going to make any difference when applying to med schools. North Texas offers both BIO I and II with labs.. Advice would help thanks...

Have you looked at their undergraduate course listings? http://www.utsa.edu/ucat/chapter7/BSBio.cfm
Check the bottom half of the page. Seems like they offer more than just Bio 1,2,3.
Also see if the school has a pre-med advising office. Good luck.
