I interviewed there recently, and came away very impressed. Great hospital, excellent and kind teaching staff, and all but one resident in the last 10 years landed a fellowship of their choice. The hours for interns are great, and the pay is good for a place with an extremely low cost of living etc. The benefits are many.
The only downside I found was that roa is a small community, with only a regional airport, and there is not much cultural diversity.
