UW-Madison Post-Interview Letter

Did anyone get the letter saying your application was favorably reviewed but we can't offer you a spot right now and that we'll get back to you in a month? And that you are in a "highly preferable" situation? (This is a post-interview letter). What does that mean? Hold? Waiting list?

Anyone got in off that?
