UW/OHSU Pediatric Programs

Anyone familiar with the pediatric programs at UW or OHSU? Are they tuition/stipend? Good clinical experience?

I think they both charge tuition which isn't ideal. I believe UW's program was struggling and facing possible closure, not sure the details of that though.
